According to current settings, only one agent can be applied to a contact. However, in widgets where "DEPARTMENTS" or "KEYWORD" options are disabled (i.e no specification of applying an agent) we apply no agent on client creation and sent agent notifications to all agents associated to that widget. An agent can always be applied at any time by editing contact.
