Make sure you created the Location Account with a Twilio number. Txtria is sms only while Twilio has the SMS and call option. If you chose Enabled when you created the new user than the account will be a Txtria account. You will need to Edit the user and switch it to Disabled. After you have saved that edit to the user, make sure you have an available Twilio number and then login to the account. Once in the account, attach the available Twilio number and make the updates to the widget.
