Using Twilio really depends on your clients needs. Some examples would be:

1. A client that says they do not want to converge their existing business landline number to do SMS; they want a separate phone number for SMS purposes.

2. The client's landline number is not portable; any bandwith.com numbers cannot be ported.

3. The client has multiple different websites and wants a widget for each one.
