You need to buy numbers from Twilio or through Lead Engage and then add them to your agency.

You can buy numbers on Twilio by clicking on the numerical sign # (you may need to click on the ... All products & Services in order to find the # sign) on the left-hand side and then select Buy A Number.
You can buy numbers on Lead Engage by clicking Settings>SMS Settings>Twilio>Buy Numbers.

Then you will need to select Number Assign, which is under Settings>SMS Settings>Twilio>Number Assign, and add numbers to agency.
